My Beginnings
Shawntineal Hughes Edwards is an aspiring author and poet who has loved writing since a very young age. Edwards’ talent began with short fun poems to family members. Then her writing ability progressed and became more meaningful for a wider audience. As Edwards grew from a little girl to a mature woman, the Lord began to minister to her spirit. In the beginning, Edwards did not believe she truly had a gift. As her relationship and faith grew in God, she received confirmation that writing was her destiny. After years of keeping old poems and writing new ones, the book “DESTINED: A Book of Inspirational Poems”, and other inspirational products were formed. Who knew that something Edwards did for pleasure as a child would manifest into God's plan for her life? Edwards hopes that her Brand will uplift and encourage others to keep believing and to never give up.

It is the lack of knowledge that hinders so many with advancing in life. Helping and educating have been a passion of Shawntineal Hughes Edwards for many years. Edwards believes that sharing helpful information doesn't keep a person from prospering. Instead, passing along knowledge allows individuals to be a blessing to one another.
